High Oil Pressure

Alright so i just did a big tune up on my XJ and now my oil pressure idles at 60 and exceeds 80 when i rev, what could cause this???

Hm, not much would cause this. About the only thing I could think of is adding thicker oil, which you didn't do.
What did you do during the tuneup? Any addatives or anything?
The only thing I can think off the top of my head is that you might have bumped the oil pressure sender of somehow futzed with a wire to it. It's right next to the distributor. Maybe check your grounds?
If it's still reporting high, rent a manual oil pressure gauge from Autozone and verify that yours is reading correctly. If it's not, then the sender may have gone bad.
