Thats what Im saying, I belive his issue is vaccum leak or crack somewhere. He could try some spray is propane gas to "sniff" around the system to help find a leak correct?

Agreed spray throttle body/carb cleaners easiest ,thru my years sometimes eliminating whats not causing the issue better than finding what it is ....

Ok so grounds are good, no vacuum leaks. But ive been back probing from each sensor and shouldnt the iac have 12v? Cuz mine only has 10.48v at the sensor and at the plug on pasenger inner fender and at the relay....weird! But i just rigged it like its been for years now so i can drive it.

Ok so i think i may have figured it out. The ecm may not be getting a signal from the o2 sensor or maybe the map is not sending a vacuum signal so the iac isnt gtting told to close or open so its defaulting to open. I did a ton of reading on what tells the ecm what to do with the iac and thats what i came up with. The map and o2 are 15 years old so im doin them as peventative maintinance. And now on to talkin to myself some more....so hows the grounds.....good...and no vacuum leaks?...nope all good...did u set tps?...yep....oh and i hate u....well ur a dick!! I think i just lost an argument with myself

Well all fixed. Bad o2 was wiggin everything out. Dunno how that affects iac for sure but it did. Idles perfect and actually idles up normally with a/c on or when i start it on a cold morning! Yeay i dont gotta use a stick to high idle to warm it up to defrost the windows! Lol
