HID or Ballast?
2014 GC Summit HID not working in Hi or Low on drivers side. The light has a very small flicker when the lights first come on.
Is there a simple way to determine if this is bulb or ballast without having to remove the good passenger side bulb with the drivers side and see if bulb works?
Im in Phoenix and its 111degrees today so wanted to spend very little time working on hot engine area on hot day.
