Default Hi-Lift jack mount

I just got a Hi-Lift jack, and i was planning on mounting it to my Surco roof rack. Anyone else do this and have some good ways at going about it?

I used the Hi-Lift 4xrac mounts on my Surco. Been there for 2 years no issues. I had to put them in a vise and squueze the flanges closer together to fit. drilled a few holes and done. Simple mod.

How did you lock it? did you just drill holes in the screws? Or buy them like that.
