I just put 5 layers on the front floor and it took about 3 to 4 weeks for the smell to go away, but if it get real hot in side you may smell it a little.

I only did the front due to that was the only thing that was repaired for holes. I will be doing the rear floor but I have about 6 holes that have to be repaired first.

Dont worry you wont get cancer. It takes about a month to fully go away.

haha thanks guys, I like the bedliner look on the inside of my xj. I am taking it to the mountains next weekend.... So by this sunday I have to have the herucliner done and give it all of next week to air out. I have a faster method drive down the highway with the wndows and tailgate open, that wil flush out the smell.... lol
