ok so i went out and really tested my jeep here are my findings.

with tcm plugged in- have manual first will shift to second manual third and then drive is od. does not always shift to first when slowing down if i am manual 1/2 so will start in second.

with tcm unplugged- no second gear in manual always first manual third and manual fourth.

can this because by a misadjusted nss? or is it a tcm problem?
