i have a 1996 cherokee sport and i was thinking of swaping the front end to a 1999 cherokee and then i thought about the interior is it possible 2 swap the whole interiorfrom the 1999 cherokee 2 the 96...ima swap the doors dash interior panels everything thanks guys

I remember reading a similar thread not too long ago. From what I understand, nobody has done the dash because it doesn't mount up right because it's a different style dash so it would take some fabrication. The center console pretty much swaps right in and then you have cupholders in your Jeep that came stock without them, while still retaining the stock look.

 

seat brackets are quite different too.

a 96's door hinges are completely different from a 99's. you may be able to swap the 96 hinges onto the 99 doors though. not sure on that dont quote me. lol

 

Not sure if they are a derect swap? But if you have enough fabrication skills and some patience anything is possible. Just my $0.02

 

The seats are a direct swap so is the center console because I have done this in mine.
