Can anyone help me with my P0432 code and freeze frame data?

Had this code 3 times since 4 new O2s (in Feb 205,000 miles). Finally have a scantool that can stream, record, and freeze frame. Great. But I dont know how to interpret the data to start trying to solve the problem. CEL came on at a stoplight. I measured temp pre- and post-minicat. 100 degF+ hotter post cat at HOT IDLE on both cats.

usally if you have this code and have already replaced the o2 sensors....it is an indication of a failed cat...
