Default help with ubolt conversion

Ok so i drilled out my yoke on my 8.25 rearend to put ubolts in but the nuts will not go on because the ubolt holes are to close to the yoke i did exactly what another post on here said and drilled out with 5/16 bit and used the ford ubolts any ideas o thought i might be able to dremel out so the nuts will fit but i am not sure if i jacked it up is there some place that sells the conversion kit for my rearend

I used a dremel on the ones I did just a bit so the nut sits flat.
