help with tires
depends on your wheel if your on stock they will rub at full lock on Lower control arm and depending on your springs they may rub the bumper and of course they will rub when flexing

no, not at all actually.
he has a newer cherokee which have much smaller wheel wells due to the larger fender flares. will they fit? yea. will they rub? yea, a tiny bit on the LCAs at full steering lock, and youll need to trim some plastic on the fenders, and theyll probably knock the front flares loose if you take the front sway off off road.
then again, youre still gonna need to trim a bit even with a BB

Most of the older Jeeps (read Renix) have more tolerance for slightly larger tires w/o rubbing. After 96 there is hardly any of that tolerance for oversized tires w/o some modification. But keep in mind that all Cherokees are individuals and as such act differently, even the suspensions.

yeah i ran 30's on my '00 and it rubbed pretty good...it would hit the bottom of the bumper when turning and any decent bump on the road would crunch the fender flare...
...and no it didnt ruin my tires...
enough to ruin the tires
