Default Help some wires have broken

What do these wires go to? My guess is heat for rear defroster because everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas on how to fix them?

If it were me, I would just electrical tape wrap the individual wires. If any of them are completely sheared, just use a slim tube-type crimp connector and mend them together that way. Once all of the wires have been repaired, tape the flex-loom back together, or if it is too badly damaged, get some new split loom from harbour freight or any auto parts store. Finally, try to move the wires so they don't get pinched like that again.
