Ok my friend has a 94 cherokee and it 4 door and it has auto lock door when he go to blockbuster all the door were locked except the driver door the window work but cant open any door from inside or out you cant even open the truck hatch please any ideas or solutions thanks for reading

My friend has a 94 jeep cherokee. It has auto lock doors and windows. When he went to block buster the other day all of the doors got locked shut like all of the locks were stuck even the back hatch.

 

Does the Key unlock the doors? Or will they not even open with the key?

 

Dont open with a key

 

I guess just try removing the negative terminal from the battery and waiting a minute, then put it back and see if it resets the lock system.

 

Ok I told him to do that yesterday and he said he was thinking about doing that but havent had the chance
