help please...harmonic balancer keyway fell in
Let me ask though, it shouldn't move regardless though, I think the crank is what's moving.
Thanks for the reply.

is it auto matic the pully move so easy when you move it ,i cant see you moving the crank six rods and flywheel and torque convertor with one finger??
It may look like 1 finger in the video, when I laid the phone down it got off center. I have to push pretty hard to move it. And yes it is an auto.

heres what id do remove the inspection cover for the tranny so you can see the converter and see if its moving with the dampner if so its in the crank bearings
Yeah, that's what was suggested by another member and if I have time this evening that's what I will do. If its all moving is that a major repair? The odd thing is like I said before though is that you can hear it like hitting right inside the pan, directly behind the dampener.

Got to where an insane quantity wouldn't work.
Great photo Cherokee, (I want one looks like that!) I wonder how long that could work, broken. Driving the cam and accessories is small fish compared to engine torque.
Guess it would start to knock like a disco, then eventually start pissing out the cover seal...someday. Not an interference engine. If enough of the shaft is still riding on #1 main, there may not be much flex between there and #2.
