help only sparking on fist 3cyls

help only sparking on fist 3cyls
here we go this is my bros jeep 99 sport 4.0 he went to work and it ran fine tried to start it after work and it would not run
so far he has put in a new dist,cap,rotor,wires,plugs,coil,and still no spark then he put in a new cps and it runs but i am only getting spark at cyl1,2,3 any ideas i used my timing light and it wont strobe on 4,5,6
i have checked tdc compression stroke and its fine

after what you've changed... check camshaft position sensor..
