Default Help with O2 sensors.

After living with the check engine light on for quite a while, I finally reset the codes and replaced the O2 sensor (upstream). It worked well for a few days then the CE light came on again with the same code and added the code for the downstream sensor. Replaced both with Denso O2 sensors and reset everything, CE light back on after a couple of days.

Is there something I am missing here? Any suggestions on what to try? And which brand is the OEM sensor?

Thanks in advance.

How are codes being cleared? And I'd try to use OEM parts for sure. Bosch is OEM under some circumstances... But I'm not the authority on that one.

The codes are being cleared with a OBDII code scanner, then the sensors are replaced with the batt disconnected. Would I need to reset the CPU each time?

And yes, the cat is still on it, replaced about a year ago.
