Have you tried swapping the ASD relay with another? Checking for power @ the ASD relay socket?

The fuel pump spins up when you turn the key on, I assume? You should be able to hear it.
How are the plugs and connectors @ the ECU?
How are you checking the injectors to determine no pulse?

That's what I'm wondering how you are determining. Do you hear/feel the injectors clicking? Any sign of fuel on the plugs when you pull them? Not asking to second-guess you, just that missing spark might lead down one path while missing spark AND missing fuel down another.

"but it want come through any of the injectors take the injector off it shoots out like there aint no tomorrow"

Confusing statement.

If the engine won't start (No Spark/Fuel), the fuel injectors, igntion coil pack, and O2S heaters won't work because the PCM hasn't received a signal from the ASD relay (The ASD Relay activates these items) that it has been activated through the crankshaft position sensor.

The PCM won't activate the ASD unless it receives a signal from the crank sensor that the engine is rotating.

Was the crank sensor you installed an OEM sensor? Some aftermarket crank sensors fail right out of the box.

If all the wiring is intact, you might just have to get a mopar CPS.
