Default Help No brake lights, hazard lights or rear running lights

Recently lost my rear lights. Signals and back up lights work fine. The brake light switch has been tampered with to bypass it i believe so im not sure if something is simply unplugged or what is going on. The ground wire from behind fuse box is cut off and cannot locate the other end of it.

Wires just chilling not sure what goes where???

Back side of fuse box wire cut to haz fuse

Start with the bulbs. Then go to the rear connector. Then go to the wiring harness that feeds the rear connector. If you have power at the end of the harness the problem has to be either in the taillight harness or the bulb.
