I have a 1985 Jeep Cherokee.

The fuse box is... falling apart.
And I guess you can't drive around without taillights at night. Something about unsafe something something... Yeah.

So I got the bright idea to re-wire my tail lights to a toggle switch.
But unfortunately the wire didn't want to come out of the fuse box nice like.
So I cut it out. It was the one labeled parking lights.
But as soon as I did this the brake lights quit working. Lovely I know.
Now that is somewhat very illegal to drive without.

Brake lights are not on the wire that I cut, they are on a separate fuse.
And the fuse is not blown.

The overall question here is, I need a fuse box diagram.
or a link to one.

I do not have a diagram to send you but the manual I have (haynes) has a good one in it,it comes of the fuse block,15 amp fuse,to the hazard flasher,to the brake switch,then to a junction box behind the left kick panel,to the rear lights.
Maybe this will help,if I find a diagram I will send it.
