Default help me I'm lost before the cold months ahead

Hey guys and gals.
I have a little problem with my blower motor, it only works on high
the resistor is fine I checked the resistence is different at different settings, the wiring is fine I cheched the voltage at different settings and it flows, even with the resistance off, the motor stills goes when on high.
I don't know what to check next.
I have the haynes manual and I looked at the diagram, but no help

help me plz
FRED

I have the same problem. I just leave it on high till it warms up then turn it off. It sucks to keep having to do but it works.

yep, first thing I checked, even used the switch to see if the voltage went to the resistors.
