Default help with a lift?????

someone said i could use zj shocks and it would lift my jeep 3 inches can some one tell me about the front and the back how this is done?

not zj shocks but ZJ V8 springs in the front...and you could use S10 or dakota leaves in the rear...as far as shocks you would have to buy new ones...no other shocks can be used on an XJ but ones designed for it...if your looking for cheapo shocks check out monroe...

no, it will lift it maybe 2 inches, thats the v8 front springs. 3 inches? nahhh. but i have heard them lifting 2.5 inches

didnt read he was already putting a lift on, my bad and you get different heights with different jeeps. i've read all kinds of heights but never 3 inches. i guess i should read a little more thorough

what do you mean? i dont understand what your trying to ask...

im a senior in high school and im building my XJ...one of my classes is a Agriculture Mechanics class, in which i weld, work with wood, electrical stuff and so on...my teacher lets us work on our cars in the shop so...if that answers your question...
