Default help with lift??????

what is the differnce between aal and shackles and tell me the pro and cons of both of these

it is between a re 2 inch aal or a 2 inch teraflex shackles

i am lookin at this and there is a option and i want to know whats the difference between these two and tell me the pros and cons of each?

shackles are what the springs attach to...Add a leaf is just that...I wouldnt reccomend it. Due to your springs probally being almost flat like mine are(if there OE). I wouldnt do a AAL or a Shackle lift unless i had new/better spring packs otherwise your just beating a dead dog.

go with a shackle, cause depending where the springs are made- usa or overseas ddepends on how long they keep there arch,

Do the JY lift...dodge dokota springs and jeep grand cherokee coil springs. you can mix and match this lift for 3-4" of lift. Its dirt cheap...i just got done pulling my dakota leafs this afternoon.

Save your cash and get a full lift.

You will not be happy with a AAL and for that price you are almost at a full 3in Rough Country lift.

AAL and spring spacers are great if you only want a lift for a year or two. Spacers are OK but AAL's are basically Junk.
