so I fudged up when checking out all my fuses and short-circuited some cuz my dmm was set up wrong and i spaced on checking it haha
any ways after replacing all the fried fuses my horn wasn't working and every time id touch my horn my stereo and dash clock would short out.
Im usually pretty ok with elec. circuits but I'm stumped and was hoping someone may have experience this and knows how to fix it.
right now all my fuses are good and all electronics work except for the horn.

Guess I didnt need any ones help anyways or maybe no one has had this issue... any how the previous owner cut the electric fan wiring and the loose wires were shorting the system. I didnt think the fan was in line with the stereo and horn but I got the electric fan rewired to factory relay and eveything is fixed.
