Default help front disc brake problem

On my 87 XJ the front hoses where cracking bad so I changed out the front rubber hoses and calipers and now I am not getting brake fluid to the front passenger side rubber hose.
The drivers side is getting good brake fluid pressure to the caliper.
I think the brake proportioning valve is blocking the brake fluid to the front passenger side hose. I have disconnected the front passenger side hose from the steel line and no brake fluid comes out when pressure is applied to the brake peddle.
Anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem?
Help!

Clamp, using vice grips, all the hoses on all other wheels and stomp the crap out of the pedal a few times to attempt to dislodge the prop valve.

Please don't do that, you might damage your brake hoses (by putting vice grips on them).

Remove and clean the prop valve like radio flyer said or buy new.

Solved brake fluid problem to passenger side caliper. I disconnected the rubber brake hose from the steel line and use air compressor to blow air back in the steel line to the proportioning valve which freed it up and allowed brake fluid to flow. Bleed the brakes and looks ok for now.

Errrrr, I wonder where the stuff blocking the brake fluid went and will it come back to block your brake lines again? Might wanna think about flushing the brake system and cleaning the prop valve before you get a nasty suprise of failed brakes when you least expect it.

definitally.

If you changed the hoses and calipers I don't get why you didn't flush the reservoir and lines.

Not if you don't try to crush the crap out of them. They only need light pressure. There is a tool called a brake hose clamp and it does exactly the same thing.

Did you say to clamp them gently in your post? No, and if he clamped old hoses (like the OP may have on the rear) he would have damaged the hoses. Brake hose clamps work great on healthy hoses, not so great on old hoses. Besides if he had done as you suggested and clamped the hoses the fluid would not be able to move and would not have cleared the blockage at the prob valve.
