Default Help engine overheating

I have no idea where to go I have tried everything under the sun so I am hoping I can get some help....

Ok so my problem is I have a 97 jeep cherokee RHD that the engine overheating while the ac is on. So the temp is about normal at 210 then it goes to about 220-230 then jumps to 250-260. If I keep the ac on then it's starts to boil over. If you turn off the ac and run it for a little bit it goes back to 210 and stays there. I use this jeep for my job and have thrown anything and everything I can think of and nothing has worked.
To start off with both fans run and both are sucking in air. There is no air bubble in the radiator also the spring is still in the bottom line so its not being pinched.

Here is what I have done or replaced:
new thermostat x2
new radiator
new water pump
New radiator cap
New fan clutch
about to put in a new electric fan cause it's the last thing I can think of
Just got new head gasket and new heads 2 days ago

The last line: it got a new head too?

So it basically only overheats with the AC on, right?

(For those reading not familiar with the differences: in the RHD the alternator is located where the AC compressor is in the LHD and vv, amongst a few other things)

Yes it got a new heads. They were just going to get them fixed but some were to the point they had to just be replaced, if I remember correctly 2 had to just get replace and the rest were fixed at the machine shop.

Now for your question about over heating, right now only when the AC is on. Now before the new heads it did the same untill it hit about 97° or a little hotter outside then the engine could barely stay at uner 220ish. I say 220 cause the temp gauge goes from 220 to 250. For some reason it won't show the temps in between. Since the new heads it has not gotten that hot but I bet it will have a tough time keeping cool even if the AC is off

Well your list has everything I would have suggested.

A very rapid jump from 220-230 to 250-260 usually means you've lost pressure and the sensor is suddenly reading the steam instead of the water. Or you've got a head gasket leak pushing air into the head.

You said headS. Which engine do you have? Is this a regular Cherokee (this forum) or a Grand Cherokee (https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f5/) ?

This is a 97 Jeep Cherokee, dont know the model but it was imported from Japan, it has a 4.0. So when the head was being fixed it had a issue with the gasket and head from cylinder 2 and 3. Also forgot to say that the temp sensor has been replaced twice as well. Also a new pig tail wire going to it cause it was a issue before all this. The CPU was reading the engine was at a low temperature so it was flooding the engine with fuel. This was fixed months ago just needed to state this cause it's been one thing to another lol. Also when replacing the old radiator we bent the transmission cooling line and fried the transmission.

Was thinking of trying to put in a aluminum radiator but I would have to reroute all the lines cause I could not find one made for a RHD. All the line are flipped for anyone that is not familiar from RHD to LHD.

Ah ok. I will get pictures of everything you need. I am just so lost where the overheating is coming from. So any pictures you would like me to take of let me know and will try and get as detailed as i can. Just ignore the one from the grill. Someone thought they could break it to get into the engine bay. Don't know if they thought they could steal it or just parts but people these days I just gave up trying to figure them out.

Yeah I'm a bit confused about the headS.

I would do a pressure test of the system at this stage to exclude a leak/not holding pressure.
Cap rated correctly?

Yes the cap is a OME if I remember correctly its a 16psi. I can get them to test the heads but all that was fixed. Heads are new and head gasket. There was no leak and was holding pressure fine after they fixed everything.
