The main reason why i thought it was factory was because of were its mounted. It doesnt look like it would come off unless you torched it.

Should be 3 bolts on each side holding it and the skid plate up.

Theirs a skid plate in the rear? it doesnt look like it.

It is a skip plate but I wouldn't go bashin rocks with it!

Nahh dont feel dumb, your jeep is awesome. I miss my 87 cherokee chief. It was a 4 banger but it got the job done.

Alright then, so does it have the tow package or is it just the skid plate option?

Thanks for the compliment. Mines been good so far. When i first got it though the passenger side axle joint was bad and then all the fuel injectors went bad. And now the driver side axle joint is bad. and it needs a good tune up and suspension. (lift kit )
