It depends on what it will be used for and how much you want to do. It could range from alittle to a massive amount. The more bumpstopping the less trimming

Cutting and folding the rear is about as far as you want to go regardless of tire size unless you want to be welding the quarter panel and inner fender back together and up front, you can cut as much as you want without really hurting anything. Trim as much as you feel comfortable and bumpstop for the difference so they don't rub while flexing. There's a decent write up in the write up section here.
