so most of you kno i been having alot of issues since i hydro locked well today after it wouldnt keep running after start i cleaned the iac and the tb, and it ran but idled so low that it would die most of the time, but i said thats okay, so i go to drive it today and it doesnt shift out of first, it has reverse but just that and first, so im like okay tcu is toast, unplug it and drive and shift manually, gets to about 2250 rpm at 45 mph, so TC aint kickin in, and its sputtering and spitting like its short on fuel but fuel is good. anyone have any help at all i can use? oh the code its throwing is 36, air switch solenoid circuit, wtf is that? would that have any thing to do with my trans not shifting and the tc not locking up?

 

could it be the tps? maybe it got some fluid in there and thats whats messin it up? maybe the iac needs replaced all together? please any help at all?

 

I would say the TPS because something similar happened to my son in law after he washed the motor. It had to be replaced and it started working again, around $75 at AZ I believe...Tj
