Help! 01 XJ Cherokee A/C dash actuator stuck

Help! 01 XJ Cherokee A/C dash actuator stuck
Can't find anything to help to figure out how to actually get in there once I have the dash pulled and get to the actuator. Any help would be appreciated, dash in pieces.
