My heat does not go to....

My heat does not go to....
So the heater in my truck does not switch to anything other then off and the defrost for my window. No floor or vent. It only does the two. What would it be? Would it be the door that switches where the heat goes is broken? Help!

check the vacuum line from the vacuum ball behind front bumper very common problem passenger side fenderwell area where the ball is
