Hang on, she's NOT running hot on the highway. She's steady where she should be. It's when I'm in stop and go traffic where her temp starts rising. About to do the fan clutch check...I'll report back.

Looking at your picture and question in post #34, I stand by my reply in post #36.
If it's showing that warm at straight and level cruise, it's running hotter than it should under those conditions.
The only time I saw mine get that warm was outside temps 114*, running full A/C, and stopping on a freeway ramp in traffic after a 15 mile, 70 MPH run.

No. And I've never had BMW crap either. Doubt I ever will.
Just using this one for an illustration. OP might find some helpful hints from the videos on the sidebar of that page. She seems to be searching for videos and advice on changing out a fan clutch.

So I have a question.
My old fan clutch was very hard to turn, and didnt unlock at high RPM's. My new fan clutch feels super smooth, but is always easier to turn (even after I almost overheat the motor).
It honestly does not feel that much harder to turn when it is cold or hot, but the bearing feels super smooth regardless of temperature. Is that normal, or is a properly working fan clutch supposed to "lock-up" under high heat?

Replace cap deff best way to check fan clutch is run engine to normal temp say 200 good enough turn engine off and with you hand spin the blades if it turns more than a half turn replace it .As for the water pump if you compare pics hers is leaking other direction from rad not pump. Id take a screw driver or socket and see if the clamps tight.
