Here are Picts of my heater system.

It currently doesn’t work, my thermostat being out of order, it might be the cause. But looking at the circuit, it doesn’t seem to be connecter like yours. I would like your opinion.

When I am on VENT I get fresh air through the vents. When I move to HEAT I get fresh air only on the 2 sides of the gear stick, close to my foot. Nothing from the vents. Normal ? I try to understand what might be wrong before dismantling everything.

the gray loose hose is supposed (I guess) to pilot the heater gate that has been removed in my system.

 

If that loose grey hose is sucking vacuum, that's why your heater control isn't working. Plug that hose and see if it changes anything.

 

It seems to have solved the issue.
