Heater squeals when hot

So I've noticed lately that when my engine is hot and I turn my heater on, it'll start with a high pitches squeal/whistle. It mostly happens when I'm coasting. Any ideas? Anyone run into this before? It's an '88.

most likely the bearings are shot in the blower motor.

Deceleration? Could be a vacuum leak under the dash.
