Default Heater not working

Hi guys I have an 89 XJ so have vacuum lines. My heater and my ac like none of it won’t turn on or blow anything I’ve checked fuses there good any suggestions on how to fix it?

do you have power to the heater motor? I had a simlar issue in my 1996. mice had a nest in the hamster wheel of the blower motor and it couldn't turn. I would check for power at the blower motor, if not check for power at the heater switch.

anything else not working like radio and turn signals?

Yes I have power when turned on it wants to blow but makes a weird noise almost like a whistle type of noise

Poke your head up under the passenger side dash and move the heater controls til you can see up through that grille. Likely full of rodent stuffings. If so, remove the motor from the engine bay and clean it all out. Wear something over your nose and mouth.

If it's like mine the pilot bearing was bad, when I put it back in and hit a bump it sounded like two ground hogs fighting in a metal garbage can...lol. it's a plow vehicle so it's still like that...
