Default Heater Issue

So i have this weird issue. During the summer it worked just fine. But now that it is starting to get cold. This is what happens. When cold or warming up it will not blow at all. then later when its warm it will kick on and start blowing. Sometimes it does not start blowing even.

So the fan only works intermittantly? If that's the problem, replace the fan ballast resistor. It should be located in the ductwork around the passenger's footwell somewhere.

Yea the blower only works sometimes, you can tell the heat works becasue when im moving i can feel heat around the vent, but the blower only works sometimes. so that picture is of something located in the passenger floor area?

Over time the blower motors start drawing excessive power and popping fuses is the first sign imo. I'd replace the blower motor if replacing the blower motor resistor does not resolve the issue.
