just picked up a 90 xj laredo for 500 bucks. have been throwing money and time at it like crazy. its a 4.0 and the ac has been ripped out. the blower motor was not working at all, so i started trying to trace it. i unplugged the resistor. wiggled the wiring on the switch in the dash and it turned on. i looked over at the keys laying in the seat next to me and wandered to myself how this is possible. all speeds work with the key out and the resistor unplugged. the best part is i can smell the burning wires. just curious if anyone has any ideas. thanks in advance.
