Heater Fan switch

Heater Fan switch
I have a 2000 xj that my heater fan switch is either off or on high. None of the other settings work. Is that just the switch that needs to be replaced or is it something else? Thanks

blower motor resistor most are located abover passer side feet area look close to this, the part with the wires plugged into it disregard the yellow wire thats not factory
