Default Heater/Evap Coil

My evap coil is leaking, so I need to replace it and the heater core while I am there.
Holy smokes, this is a big job. Lots of screws, I may never get them all put back.
88 4 door, 4.0 4WD

Also there is a lot of dirt inside here.

I am in way over my head.
This is the scariest thing I done to my Jeep.

Does anyone know what to do about replacing the rubber gromets and seals and the felty stuff on the blend doors?

I would go to an autoparts store or a big box home store and sift thru their selection of foam gasket material and find something close to what is originally on there then just cut and stick. Just make sure the thicknesses are the same and that the adhesive is good quality.

I'm probably about to dig in and do the same thing so let me know how it goes.

Here's a video from a fellow forum user (and a personal friend of mine) that should walk you through it.

Thanks for the video and picture link.
I have both cores out, should be able to buy replacements today and start putting everything back together.
