Question Heater core

I have a 95 Cherokee with a bad heater core. Has anyone figured a way to replace it without pulling the dash?

Step 1. Remove Cigar Lighter.
Step 2. Install newer vehicle around lighter.

Done.

No. I finally bit the bullet and paid $700 to get the job done. Not a bad price including heater core, condenser and evacuate and re charge AC.
I changed a heater core myself about 20 years ago and swore I'd never do another one.

I agree on the price to replace one, kinds of tempts you to build a fire on the floorboard on that side to keep warm doesn't it?

Fred, I put off doing it for 2 years, even put up with frost on the inside of the windshield. Finally I decided this jeep may outlive me so I went for the $$$. 700 is good, I was quoted up to $1000
