sometimes jeeps have trouble getting the air out of the system, it can get hung up in the heater core. At the last shop that I worked at the guy that always did cooling and heating work on cherokee's always put the front lift pads under the jeep and raised the front end up about a foot or so and then burp the system like that so the radiator cap was sitting higher than the heater core. you could simulate the same thing with a jack and jackstands, do you know how to burp a cooling system?

the temp on the dash is a problem too because a 91 has two different temp sensors on it and the 98 moter i put in has only one. there is no place on the head to put a second sensor like it requires. i need help with that too.
