Default Heat not too good?

Can you bypass the heater control thing under the hood of my jeep? it has a vacume line attached to it... Woundering if it will help make my heat better?

all that does is open nad close if there i heat coming in you thermostat must be stuck open not allowing the watyer to get warm enough

I would think u can.......'98 and newer don't have the heater control valve.....just 2 hoses direct to/from the heater core.

did this work for you i have the same problem and dont want to spend the money to replace it if i can just bypass it?
