First off, fill out your profile and/or include your vehicle specs in your posts.
BeepJeep installed an upgrade headlight harness with relays which took the load off his headlight switch. The factory did not use headight relays.
If you would like to get a harness, get one here. It's easy to install, your headlights will be about 30% brighter and your headlight switch will not fail again.
