Yeah I bought mine on Amazon for ~$27, shipping was free and took 4-5 days to get here.

I dont have the harness in but I put the Autopals in, and for some reason tonight one didnt come on. But then came on when I started my jeep 10 mins later.

It's the same one.

I've installed 4 of them with no issues. Just be sure to sand down the grounding points. Poor grounds make the lights not work and create resistance and heat up the relays causing premature failure.

Get that harness in there or you may end up buying a $27 headlight switch.

I tried to install my Putco harness today. At first only the high beams would work, then after messing with the relays, only low beams worked. Both relays seamed to work. I scrapped paint away for the ground. Should I put the ground wire between the nut and washer or under the washer? Or is it something else?

One relay is for highs one is for lows ,sounds like got defective relay .Turn lights on and un plug relays when you figure out which ones controling low beams switch relays in that socket see what gives?

If you've got factory foglights, you need to remove the fuse until I can find the simple work-around.

I would like to think you could cut a wire but I know it's not that simple as my 01 has foggies too . I'm subscribed to this thread . I have the putco harness on my 97 F250 it's been on there since 06 I have never had an issue . I have crystal clear eBay lenses on the truck with silver star bulbs and it was a huge improvement . People do not realize getting a full 12+ volts to the headlights is crucial to great night vision !

It might be almost that simple.

And yes, the improvement even with stock lamps is amazing.
