Putco's relays are 6 pin or 4 pin. Used on Hondas.

Has anyone added in fuses to to the Putco harness?

I am a bit concerned that the harness has the battery connected to the relays and head lights without any fuses in the harness.

If I am using the stock headlights what fuse should I used for each relay? I am thinking 20 amp.

Has anyone done this? I am thinking a crimping connectors on the ends of two prewired fuse holders and putting it in the two lines to the battery to provide protection. Or possibly use circuit breakers. I hate electrical fires.

Maybe you knocked the oe wire harness loose? Check the main plug thats under the airbox to make sure its connected.

my boss has fuses on his harness that he put inline, bought the spade connector style and put them inline, I believe his are 15 amp too.. I think its a smart idea to have them in. he also upgraded the ground connections to a better connector. still waiting for my harness and gonna do the upgrades to it before I install it. may look at a different relay set up and wire that in too... heard some people say the relays can be defective and you cant find them easily if you need one... just my 2 cents of thought. minus tax of course

Relays can be found. Someone posted up the Autozone part number once and I failed to write it down... I'll save it next time.

www.rushps.com is now making harnesses.
