Okay, I've got my Autopal euro headlights in, have had the Putco harness and Hella 100/90 (I think) bulbs for a bit....how straightforward is hooking up the wiring harness? I'm a bit inexperienced with such things.

you might have some wire length issues. I just removed the grill and bezels from mine. I would imagine it being a pain, or untidy in the engine bay otherwise. Pulling the whole front clip is completely unnecessary.

What's the difference between the euro where the reflector focuses the beam and the regular where the glass focuses the beam? Is one better than the other?

But most definitely huge improvement over stock.
I am putting HID's in them. The 4300k bulbs. To have the white light to match everything else!
