I went with the Putco harness behind Rampage H4s and 55/60 bulbs. You definitely get what you pay for >.<. I could never get hi and low to work 100%. If I jiggle the relay-end of the harness my lights will cut in/cut out (have replaced relays with new honda relays from parts shop and same symptoms).

I don't have time to make my own harness so I pulled the trigger on ARB's harness today.

When my lights did work, it was a world of difference!

The harness itself will work with the stock bulbs. It will be about 30% brighter. It's a very noticeable difference over the stock beam. If you still want brighter after that go with an h4 (as far as that goes its preference or cost that you will decide on), or even just some better replacement bulbs, even new bulbs will be brighter if you still have the original sealed beams (deterioration over time and all).
