i have a 1999 cherokee sport 4.0 the issue is... i jut installed led headlights and they work great. The problem is when I turn the key to the on position with engine on or off the lights are turning on but like they are dimmed even with headlight plunger set to off. Question is, where could the power be coming from???? All wires and connections are factory and plug and play on lights.
