Tip for owners of Export models with DRLs:
I found that the reduced voltage from the DRL module was messing with the relays. Voltage not quite high enough to keep them closed all the time. Interesting stuff like flickering randomly, and my favorite "buzzing with the turn signal" (yay DC induction).
Easy fix for me was to disable the DRL feature without removing the module, thus keeping the highbeam indicator stuff. On my 1999 cutting the 20 AWG white/orange wire on pin 7 did the trick! This is the feed from the speed sensor so now the DRL module just thinks the vehicle is stopped all the time.

Yes.. looks alot 'cheaper'... not sure I want to go that route.. or if it even matters? I heard lots of negative stuff about Putco and other cheap harnesses. I had a Mean Green harness on my old Chevy truck and it was very nice... price is steep though!

I think alot of the problem is poor grounding overheating the relays. Good grounds to bare metal and mount the relays so moisture can't get in and you're fine. Worst case is replacement relays.

I'll show you three prong...
