Default headlight ground

I believe I have a grounding issue with the headlights on my 98 Cherokee Sport (especially the right-hand one). Can anyone tell me where the ground for the headlights is physically located? I found a couple of grounding points on the inside left fender, and cleaned them up, but that is apparently not it. Thanks!

I'll look at a wiring diagram later. You could always just make your own ground point

This is the location of the headlamp grounds. Located on left wheel well liner, near the PCM. Both left and right headlamps are grounded here.

Thanks! That's what I thought, and those are the ones I cleaned off. Maybe I should just rewire everything along new relays and sockets.

No, the right one goes from off to bright and everywhere in between. I can verify voltage changes at the headlight. Also, with lights on, the high beam and right turn indicators come on, and the right turn signal doesn't blink (stays on solid). This goes away when the lights are off.

So I have question about a issue I'm having so my turn signal relay is working good and my bulb isn't blinking fast like a blown out bulb would do but when I turn the key over to ignition on the left blinker is flashing without me touching the blinker switch. Ground problem maybe? I already tried replacing the turn signal relay and that didn't fix it.
Spoiler

Likely a bad turn signal switch. Does it stop if you hit the signal for right turn?
