Default Header Trouble

How the hell did you other renix guys get the APN even close to lined up??? Mine looks to be a good 1/2"-3/4" off because of #6. If I were to grind it to fit like everyone says I'd be inside the intake. I'm not doing anything to the header until I know whether it will work or if I need to return it and get a pacesetter.

I can't get pics on here. I've tried. And it doesn't help that my camera is missing. The #6 header tube hits the #6 intake runner. There is no "light filing" like other people have experienced.

So you have bolts in both and the flanges are flush with the head? Or they won't go flush because the pipe hits the runner? How much room does it look like you need?

I thought it needed filing on the header flange because of dowel pins in the way...

I've given up on it. I'm gonna see if I can get my money back and get a pacesetter. If not then maybe my dad wants it or I'll post it on here.
