Default Header for 2000

I have a 2000 Sport with the 4.0 ltr. 6 cyl. Currently it is making a ticking noise when idling cold. It dissapates when warmed up. I am thinking I may have a crack in the factory exhaust manifold. I was wondering if anyone makes a header for the 2000-01 or a manifold upgrade? I checked out a number of sites that only have headers for up to 1999. Was there something different about the exhaust between these years? Any help is appreciated.

The 00-01 xj's have the two peice cast iron manifold A better design than the one peice.. I guess the new design is crack proff.. I have the same problem with my jeep having a loud idle.. my jeep also has a hissing noise at accelaration.. Sounds like a exhaust leak.. I cant see any cracks in the manifold though..I know theres no one on this forum with a 00-01 exhaust manifold thats cracked..

There is a piece that is part of the emission system that is supposed to tick at idle. I forget what it is called but it is a cylinder about 1.5 in tall and 1.5 in in diameter located to the left of where the coolant hoses go into the firewall. It ticks on my jeep when it's cold and if I touch it i can feel it too.
